This series consists of rolled electrocardiograms taken of various patients.

Each rolled electrocardiogram is labeled with the patient's name, the date on which it was taken, and a unique number. This number is often also indicated on the patient's patient file, as well as under the appropriate condition if the patient is included under the Kardex index (Series M).
