History
George H. H. DeWolf was born on December 16, 1849, in Halifax, Nova Scotia, the son of Dr. James Ratchford DeWolf (1818-1901). He was a physician. In 1876, he was appointed a Medical Officer to the Tintern District of the Chepstow Union, Wales. In 1877, he married Georgina Haswell (1854–). He died on April 30, 1895, in Bedford, Nova Scotia.
