File consists of five vinyl records. There are three 7-inch records; one is a single of the song "Un jour, un jour" sung by Donald Lautrec, the official theme song of Expo 67. The two others are "The Sound of Man and His World" and "Sounds of Expo 67." File also includes two 12-inch LPs: Ellis McLintock, "The Canadian Pavilion Concert Band at Expo 67" and "Réalités du Canada no. 1 Hommage à l'Expo 67."
