Letter to Sigmund Adolphus Knopf from Lawrence F. Flick, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. Flick does not agree with Knopf's suggestions that a petition be sent to the U.S. Government to oppose Clark Bell's Congress on Tuberculosis or that a rival faction should be organized. He feels that Bell's Congress will naturally prove itself a failure and only then should they take action to organize a real scientific Congress for 1906.
