The fonds consists of books, letters, documents, drafts, publications, photographs, and several artifacts collected by W. W. Francis and Marian Francis Kelen over the course of their lifetimes. Many books and documents relate to Sir William Osler and the Osler family including several personal letters, the Deed of Trust documents regarding the Bibliotheca Osleriana, drafts of Osler's works, and a wooden travelling trunk that belonged to Edward Revere Osler. The fonds also includes original poetry written by Marian Osborne, W. W. Francis, and Marian Francis Kelen.

Details about the tribulations of finding a place for the hospital for the Canadian Contingent. They have been given a Convalescent Home near Folkestone. Armour is in charge. Mentions that there is nothing he could get in connection with it. Details on the beds available. Medically, everything is at standstill, but the recruiting is going on actively. The country is hopeful. Revere joins the Training Corps in October. Asks him what he found about the Canada Life Annuity. Financial advice. Love to Muriel's children. Civilities.

Vernon. He and Cotton will get a great deal out of their experience. News from Beatrice and Gwendolyn. Maizie may come over with Harry. All well here. Revere is expecting notice to go to Newcastle for training. Osler would have preferred him to go to Exeter. Joan McKenzie and Douglas Fishkin are beaming. Mentions that he is on the Welsh University Royal Commission, and will have a job in settling the new medical school at Cardiff. Asks him when he is coming. P.S. Asks him to look after Archibald Malloch.
