Sanderling (Calidris alba)

Painting of a small water bird with white chest and belly, brown speckled head and neck, larger/darker speckles on the feathers on the back. Simple but full background, featuring flat sandy outcropping in the foreground, rock outcrop in the middle, and water and boats in the far distance.
