Illustrations and illustrated reprints

This series contains the creator's illustrations, and some prints and reprints of articles using her material. Some of them are numbered in corresponding file books. The series also contains non-medical illustrations, such as a stained glass window design for the Royal Victoria Hospital, a menu, and charcoal sketches.

Case histories of Trans Canada Airlines and Ferry Command pilots

Series contains case histories of Trans Canada Airlines and Ferry Command pilots. As Dr. Segall explains in "The evolution of the record system" (Box 308), the TCA and ferry command patient records were segregated in order to provide a collection of normal patterns of heart sounds from which he could develop a model pattern for heart sounds. This normal model pattern was then used as the standard against which he could compare the heart sounds of other patients.

Subject files

This series contains subject files related to Noel Noel-Buxton's political activities and interests, dating from between roughly 1880 and 1950. The records chiefly concern British politics, and the UK's involvement in world politics, including the First and Second World Wars, Anglo-German relations, the Balkans, Indigenous sovereignty and the treatment of Indigenous populations, the governance of colonies, slavery, refugees, and famine and poverty in Europe after the Second World War. Also includes several files related to Buxton's religious and political beliefs and Paycockes House, a historic 15th century home in Essex that Buxton purchased and restored.

The arrangement of the series reflects the structure of the fonds when it was described by McGill archivists. This may reflect the original order or may be an arrangement that was introduced by Professor H. N. Fieldhouse, who acquired the fonds for McGill and spent many years conducting research in it. Files contain a variety of document types, including reports, notes, correspondence, publications, newspaper clippings, and volumes of parliamentary debates.

Puppets and theatres

This series consists of a variety of puppets (string puppets, jumping jacks, rod puppets, glove puppets, etc.) and shadow puppets representing many different countries and puppet-making techniques and traditions. It also contains some accompanying materials, including a puppet theatre and accessories for shadow puppet plays.
