Included is correspondence with the Public Archives of Canada and copies of 5 documents about the intended purchase of the McTavish grounds by the Government in 1828, sent by the Archives in response to a reference request by Baylis.

A copy of Baylis's lecture "Simon McTavish: Merchant, Fur-Trader, Adventurer-Unafraid" and list of photograph for slides illustrating lecture. Lecture was delivered at the Montreal St. James Literary Society on 20th February 1923.

File contains 1 bound volume consisting of copies of correspondence written by Joseph Frobisher while he held an important role in the North West Co. from 15th April 1787 to 20th October 1788. All letters written from Montreal and sent to various business relations.

Consists of manuscript notebook in limp, hand-cut and sewn leather binding (front cover only). Records in chronological order primarily business expenditures (hides and skins for tanning) covering the years 1852-1856. One entry (in pencil) is dated 1881.

Letter from H. Curtis to Stella Curtis

File consists of one manuscript letter from H. Curtis (possibly Herman Curtis) to Stella Curtis, dated 19 September 1898, accompanied by envelope postmarked with the same date from Hartford, Connecticut. The letter writer discusses picking peaches, asks about Erle Curtis and other family members, asks about Stella's school and musical activities, requests her father's address.

Expo 67 photograph album

Consists of full brown leather bound photograph album of Expo 67 groundbreaking ceremony, held in 1963 at the Expo site. Photographs depict soldiers marching, rifleman, dancers in traditional costume, and religious leaders and dignitaries including Quebec Minister Jean Lesage and Cardinal Paul-Émile Léger.
