Letter to William Osler from Robert Doyne, 30, Cavendish Square, London, England. The question has been raised before. Suggests that the clinical men should received liberal salaries, from $15 000 to $20 000. Hopes to hear fully from Welch on the subject. He has not heard anything except from Kelly.
