This is E.D.W.'s letter of resignation as one of the Governors of the College due to the President's conduct in the -Medical License Case' which involved himself and Dr. Fenwick. He accuses the President of urging on the prosecution; of granting irregular licenses and the misappropriation of college funds. Others mentioned include Dr. Russell. Dr. Marmett, Dr. Belleau.
