Informs him that they will give securities, realizing between $1500-2000 a year, as a memorial for Edward Revere Osler and in grateful recognition of the happy years they spent in Baltimore. List of the terms of the fund : encouragement of the study of English literature in the Tudor and Stuart periods, formations of a Tudor and Stuart Literary Club, the books collected by Revere to form the nucleus of the Club Library, the interest of the fund to be expended in the purchase of books relating to the periods, and in promotion of good fellowship and a love of literature among the members, the management of the Club and the expenditure of the fund to be in the hands of the students, list of the original members they wish to have. This list contains the names of Featherston and Edmund Osler, Mrs. Herbert Charles Gwyn, Mrs. Henry B. Chapin, Mr. E.H.R. Revere, Harvey Cushing and his wife, Thayer, Jacobs and his wife, Mrs. Robert Brewster, Miss Sarah Woolley, Futcher and his wife, McCrae and his wife, Campbell Palmer Howard and his wife, W.W. Francis, T.A. Malloch and R. Van Buren Emmons.
