Mohock, the Little Chimney Sweep, and Belinda

Three shadow figures by Lotte Reiniger, the principal characters from her shadow movie, The Little Chimney Sweep, 1935.
The figures are 11-16 cm high: the Mohock, the Little Chimney Sweep, and Belinda. Of black paper and thin lead, they are mounted, framed and signed LR.

Nine sheets of characters and scenes

Consists of nine sheets of characters and scences, printed in London, 1913. Includes:

  4. Black-eyed Susan.

Series consists of pantins, paper puppets which can be cut out from printed paper sheets and assembled. Includes nine sheets of pantins. Files are described individually.

Pollock's Characters and Scenes in the Miller and his Men

Full printed colour sheets of toy theatre scenes and characters. Some characters and scenery have been cut out, other sheets are intact. The full title reads, "Pollock's Characters & Scenes in the Miller and his Men, Taken from Lloyd's original drawings in posession [sic] of the publisher with a book written expressly for the above. 7 Plates of Characters, 11 Scenes and Set Pieces, 3 Pl. Wings No 1, 3, 4."
