The figures are 11-16 cm high: the Mohock, the Little Chimney Sweep, and Belinda. Of black paper and thin lead, they are mounted, framed and signed LR.
Puppet of a native of Tonkin. Of the simpler kind of string puppet. French.

The full title reads, "Pollock's Characters & Scenes in the Miller and his Men, Taken from Lloyd's original drawings in posession [sic] of the publisher with a book written expressly for the above. 7 Plates of Characters, 11 Scenes and Set Pieces, 3 Pl. Wings No 1, 3, 4."
