One document is a copy of the preamble and signatures from the 1790 North West Company articles of agreement signed at the company's many depot in Grand Portage on the shores of Lake Superior. This document outlines the division of the shares among the various NWC partners. The other document is a copy of the 1792 business agreement between the North West Co. and the Grant Campion Co.

File contains a 6 year business agreement including Todd McGill and Co. and Forsyth Richardson and Co. as partners in the North West Co. in 1792.

File contains 1 bound document which is a 1812 recreation of the 1804 North West Company agreement setting out the articles of association and all the signatories (pp. 1-22). Included is also the 1795 agreement of the North West Company including articles and signatories (pp. 24-49).

File contains 1 document outlining the financial responsibilities of each partner of the North West Company from 1804 to 1813, the problems of bill exchanges in England during and after the War of 1812, and the financial disputes which occurred after the absorption of the NWC into the Hudson's Bay Company.

Contract between Michel Robichau of Faubourg de Recollets and the outfitter Parker, Gerrard, Ogilvy & Co. Contract outlines Robichau's employment as a bowsman with the destination of Niagara, Upper Canada, for the payment of 60 livres per month. Contract duration is for one summer. The contract notes that he received 10 piastres on account.

Contract between Louis Peltier of Faubourg Saint-Laurent and the outfitter Parker, Gerrard, Ogilvy & Co. Contract outlines Robichau's employment as a carpenter with the destination of Kingston, Upper Canada, for the payment of 90 livres per month. Contract duration is for four months. The contract notes that he received 15 piastres on account, his wife to be paid 8 piastres per month during his absence in addition to a blanket.
