Its mandate is to submit nominations for the offices of Second Vice-President and Secretary-Treasurer for the ensuing term. Includes correspondence, lists and reports.

Subseries contains mostly statements of receipts and disbursements presented by the Secretary-Treasurer at the annual meeting, working sheets, ledgers sheets and slides.

Sub-subseries consists of records regarding this committee. The auditing committee is composed of three members appointed by the President with the approval of the Board of Governors. Its mandate is to audit the accounts of the American Osler Society and report periodically. Includes one file with correspondence mentioning the names of the members for 1988.
