File consists of typescripts related to Expo 67 and records related to McGill's own Canadian centennial celebrations of 1967. Many of the typescripts are preview or planning documents, including write-ups of Expo 67 event planning and pavilions. There is also a list of participants and exhibitors compiled by the Department of Exhibitions, Canadian Corporation for the 1967 World Exhibition, and two library lists for periodicals and accessions. There are also two volumes of "The Story of Man and His World", in English, volume 1: May 17-July 31, 1968, and an unnumbered volume for June 12-September 1969.

Series consists of memorabilia and ephemera from Expo 67, including bottle caps, records, photograph albums, memorabilia produced for visitors and branded products such as beer mugs, soap, ashtrays, puzzles, postcards, coasters, glasses, and commemorative license plates. Tickets, tickets stubs, and Expo 67 visitor passports are also included in this series.

Consists of volume of bound letters written by Hume, mostly to the Comtesse de Boufflers, but some to the Marquise de Barbentane. Also bound into this volume are 11 letters from Jean-Jacques Rousseau and one from the Maréchal d'Ecosse to Madame de Boufflers and copies of two letters from Madame de Boufflers to Jean-Jacques Rousseau.

Series consists of greeting cards, prints, and ephemera celebrating St. Valentine's Day. Items date from between approximately 1790 to the late twentieth century.

This series contains subject files related to Noel Noel-Buxton's political activities and interests, dating from between roughly 1880 and 1950. The records chiefly concern British politics, and the UK's involvement in world politics, including the First and Second World Wars, Anglo-German relations, the Balkans, Indigenous sovereignty and the treatment of Indigenous populations, the governance of colonies, slavery, refugees, and famine and poverty in Europe after the Second World War. Also includes several files related to Buxton's religious and political beliefs and Paycockes House, a historic 15th century home in Essex that Buxton purchased and restored.

The arrangement of the series reflects the structure of the fonds when it was described by McGill archivists. This may reflect the original order or may be an arrangement that was introduced by Professor H. N. Fieldhouse, who acquired the fonds for McGill and spent many years conducting research in it. Files contain a variety of document types, including reports, notes, correspondence, publications, newspaper clippings, and volumes of parliamentary debates.

This series contains published material written by members of the Buxton family or related to Noel Noel-Buxton's interests between approximately 1860-1932.

This series consists of business and personal documents created through James Morrison's activities as a trader and merchant, including the management of land that he owned and the running of his household. Other documents created before or after Morrison's life relate to the personal lives of Morrison and his family members or to the sale of land. The documents date from between 18 September 1651 and 25 November 1902, and were created primarily in Montreal, as well as in other locations in Quebec, Ontario, and England.

This series was created and arranged by archivists, with items grouped together into four files based on activity: the purchase and management of land (File 01 - Land ownership documents), personal and business transactions (File 02 - Financial and business documents), participation in political and military spheres (File 03 - Political and military documents), and the accumulation of documentation about Morrison and his family members (File 04 - Biographical material). These documents are primarily legal and financial in nature and include contracts, deeds of ownership, power of attorney, birth and marriage certificates, bills of sale, invoices, accounts. Several of the financial documents in this series include evidence of the trafficking of enslaved Black people, including people who were enslaved by Morrison. Also includes documents containing accounts of political and military events, notes about the genealogy of the family created by Morrison's descendants, and some correspondence concerning land ownership, military concerns, and the division of family estates.
