A black and white, head and shoulders photo of Dr. Worthington. It is mounted on cardboard with gold lettering at the bottom "Presby 111 Wellington St., Sherbrooke, Que.". Dr. Worthington has been written in pencil across the bottom. Notes made by W. W. Francis are on the verso.

A coloured photograph of soldiers mounted on a white card, Printed under the picture are the words "The 91st Regiment at the Quebec Tercentenary July 1908/ March past before H.R.S. The Prince of Wales". Printed.

An effigy made out of a coconut which has been dressed with a military hat, whiskers and a pipe to represent a head. It has been placed on the top of a bottle which in turn is on what appears to be a British flag. The words "The Bottle Imp" are written on the flag. There is a wire fence in the background.

Under the dates July 20, August 11 and September 8 are entered the amounts received. It is signed by R. Hendery and T.Adams(?). Handwritten.
