Subseries consists of minutes of the meetings of the board of governors and general business meetings, which are held on the occasion of the annual meeting of the American Osler Society. Includes agenda, minutes, related documents, correspondence, drafts, reports of the secretary-treasurer, statements of receipts and disbursements, lists of attendees, posters. Some documents are annotated.

Subseries consists of two sub-subseries : P125/B3;1 Auditing Committee and P125/B3;2 Nominating Committee. Includes correspondence, lists and reports.

Subseries consists of two files of ad hoc committees set up to study particular matters. The first file [P125/B4.1] contains records of the Committee on Medical History among Young Physicians and the second one [P125/B4.2] gathers information generated by the Ad Hoc Committee on the Oslerian Book.
