"Architectural Drawings, 1962- 7, 389 drawings." Included among the eleven projects with drawings are designs for a law building at McGill University (1963-4), the Labyrinth for the National Film Board of Canada intended for Expo '67 (1964-7), the British Pavilion for Expo '67 (designed in 1966 by the British firm of Basil Spence Bonnington and Collins - Bland, LeMoyne, Edwards, Shine acted as consulting architects), a research and development laboratory for the Northern Electric Company in Ottawa (1964), and St. Mary's Church in Kirkland, PQ (1965).
"Photographs, 1962-9, 18 photographs." An art gallery for Expo '67 (1966), laboratories and dormitories for McGill University at Mount St. Hilaire, PQ (1962-3) and a building for the Faculty of Law at McGill University, are examples of some of the seven projects with photographs.

John Bland

Fonds consists of 6 architectural drawings (1949-1965) representing two projects: alterations to a house in Montreal for A. Bronfman on Belvedere Road and a plan for the Galerie d'art, Cite du Havre in Montreal, for the Canadian Corporation for the 1967 World Exhibition. Bland served as a consulting architect on this project which was designed by the firm of Gauthier and Guité and Gilles Côté. Fonds also contains an Ontario Association of Architects membership certificate for Bland.

"Dessins architecturaux, 1949-1965, 6 dessins." Deux projets sont représentés par des dessins les modifications apportées à une maison à Montréal pour A. Bronfman, chemin du Belvédère, et le plan d'une galerie d'art à la Cité du havre de Montréal réalisée pour le compte de la Société Radio-Canada pour l'Exposition mondiale de 1967. "Architectural Drawings, 1949-57, 200 drawings." Nine projects are documented in the archives by drawings. The majority of the drawings are for the design of the Freedman (Camel) Co. Factory Building (1954-5) in Montreal, a proposal for a housing development for the town of St. Laurent, PQ (1952-4), an office building on Peel Street in Montreal (1950) and the Dorval Garden Apartment Building in Dorval, PQ (1949).

Collected Publications

This series consists of selected editions of literary magazine White Pelican and Maclean's magazine. This series also includes collected poetry which was published by White Pelican. Stephen Scobie was not the creator for the records in this series. The series is mostly located in Container 5 with a file in Container 4.

Correspondence

The primary emphasis of Stephen Morrissey’s correspondence is literary; however, family, friends, and business correspondence is also included. The letters in this accrual were written between 1963 and 2003. The scope of the correspondence is national and international and includes both incoming and carbon copies of outgoing letters. Correspondence in the form of emails begins around 1998. The correspondence is comprehensive and scholars can, in most cases, read the complete exchange of a specific correspondence.

Documents, and poetry archives, late 1960s to mid-1990s

Series B contains a collection of documents, poetry archives, and memorabilia from the Montreal poetry scene of the late 1960s to the early 1980s, photographs and documents up to 1996, and records related to two poetry magazines. The three boxes of documents and literary archives relating to the Montreal poetry scene contain: audio and video tape recordings of poetry readings; photographs by Stephen Morrissey including colour slides and black and white photographs of poets giving readings and colour photographs of poets; a collection of poetry magazines; posters for poetry readings, and information on poets handed out at their readings; broadsides of poems, from the mid-1960s to the mid-1980s; and items from the 1990s. There is one box of files for two magazines that Stephen Morrissey edited and published, what is and The Montreal Journal of Poetics, between 1973-1985.
