Stratford's bachelors, masters, and medical degrees from McGill University, as well as various professional certificates awarded to Stratford throughout his career are included in the fonds. Additional items include portraits and group photographs from the Neurological Department at Saskatchewan and the Montreal Neurological Institute, several brain scan prints, architectural blueprints of the Montreal General Hospital and Montreal Neurological Institute, as well as letters between Joseph & Aurelie Stratford and their close friends, Wilder & Helen Penfield.

The fonds consists of Dr. Campbell's partially edited and unfinished autobiography, which he began writing in the 1960s and continued until the time of his death in 1970. The work covers the period from, approximately, 1831 to 1932. Additionally, the fonds includes the medal Dr. Campbell received for serving as Past President of the Montreal Medico Chirurgical Society, 1952-53.

Fonds comprised of one autograph manuscript booklet created by Dr. Sanborn with health advice for an unidentified family moving to St. Louis, Missouri. Booklet with wrapper title: "Dr. C. H. Sanborn's directions for preserving health in St. Louis, 1874."

The collection consists of written correspondence between Dr. Clarence B. Farrar and Dr. Franklin G. Ebaugh concerning reproductive rights for victims of rape in relation to the case of a Denver woman who was the victim of rape in 1955. The woman ended up giving birth to a child after she was denied an abortion by doctors and lawyers. The collection also includes a three-page editorial titled "Legal Abortions" that cites Chapter 40, Article 2, Section 23 of the Colorado Revised Statutes 1953.
