The Paul Pedersen Collection consists of Paul Pedersen’s complete portfolio of published and unpublished compositions, sketches, lecture notes and writings. In addition, it contains documentary artifacts including correspondence, teaching and course materials, concert programmes and posters, project reports, etc, that chronicle his early education and life in Alberta and Toronto, through his professorship and deanship at McGill University and finally his appointment of Dean and professor of Music at the University of Toronto.

The collection consists of written correspondence between Dr. Clarence B. Farrar and Dr. Franklin G. Ebaugh concerning reproductive rights for victims of rape in relation to the case of a Denver woman who was the victim of rape in 1955. The woman ended up giving birth to a child after she was denied an abortion by doctors and lawyers. The collection also includes a three-page editorial titled "Legal Abortions" that cites Chapter 40, Article 2, Section 23 of the Colorado Revised Statutes 1953.

File consists chiefly of letters, receipts, customs documents, and other materials related to a patient's procurement of the disproven cancer drug Krebiozen from 1960 to1961. Also contains clippings and articles about Krebiozen, which was introduced in the 1950s and proven to be fraudulent as a treatment in the early 1960s. Includes correspondence with the Krebiozen Research Foundation and Stevan Durovic, one of the perpetrators of the Krebiozen fraud. Also contains a publication entitled "The dangers of radiation," produced by the Independent Cancer Research Foundation. One additional letter dated 1958 is from the Chairman of the "Committee for a Fair Test of Krebiozen."

These materials comprise a microfilm of the Lande collection in Library and Archives Canada, as well as his publication Canadian Historical Documents and Manuscripts (Montréal, 1977-1982). The collection consists of ephemera, artifacts, and publications related chiefly to the Expo 67 World Fair in Montreal and some documents relating to its continuation, Man and His World (Terre des Hommes), an exhibition that was the successor to Expo 67. Many of the records and artifacts were produced by participant countries and sponsors or by the Canadian Corporation for the 1967 World Exhibition. Ephemera includes postcards, visitor passports, and ticket stubs, while other textual documents include guidebooks, magazines, catalogues, books, clippings, information manuals, and some unpublished planning documents. Artifacts include license plates, vinyl records, letter opener, bottle caps, shopping bags, and pins. The collection features pamphlets and brochures for numerous pavilions, events, services, and countries featured, as well as many maps for the Expo 67 grounds and documents related to subsequent seasons of Man and His World.

The Tundra Books fonds contains a collection of archival records documenting Tundra's publishing history. It includes correspondence with Tundra authors and artists, most notably with William Kurelek. Parts of the archival material document the development and production of each title and May Cutler's dealings with government and funding agencies. The archival materials document a significant chapter in Canadian post-war publishing history.

The Hellmuth Wolff Organ Collection consists primarily of organ plans, pamphlets, photographs, books and periodicals, and personal correspondence. The majority of these documents are associated with or represent one of the fifty organs in Wolff’s opus. In addition to depicting Wolff’s instruments, the collection of organ plans also includes Wolff’s drawings for proposed but not-constructed organs, plans by other organ builders, and plans drawn by Wolff that are based on historical models and treatises by writers such as Dom Bédos. Of the photographs, most are associated with specific Wolff organ projects and represent a span date of the late 1960s to the early 2000s. Also in the photograph collection are images of historical organs in Europe, which Wolff presumably used in modelling and designing several of his instruments, as well as images associated with other organ projects by builders such as Casavant Frères, Karl Wilhelm, and Rieger, all of whom Wolff worked with before establishing his own workshop in Laval. The collection of pamphlets includes programs, program notes, and concert series information for several of the Recitals and concerts performed on Wolff’s instruments. Of the periodicals and books, titles include The American Organist, Choir & Organ, and Orgelforum. Also in the collection are several three-dimensional models, or maquettes, of Wolff organs.

The fonds consists of a typed manuscript and a xerox sheet containing information collected by R.C. Amaron about Edwin Hatch, prepared for Dr. R. Williamson of England.

The McGill Poster Collection documents posters and ephemera announcing campus activities, primarily in the 1970s with some 1980s and 1990s material present.

This collection, assembled by the Faculty of Dentistry, consists of curricula vitae, photocopied notices of papers Francis presented at conferences, and photocopies of his thesis and some of his published articles.
