Fonds contains the final manuscript of Paediatrics in Canada, a text on the 6th Field Ambulance, C.E.F. by Graham Ross and a review of three cases of hyper-vitaminosis syndrome, with four X-rays from the Department of Pathology of the Royal Victoria Hospital.

Fonds consists of correspondence with the pediatrician Dr. Alton Goldbloom of Montreal. It gives a picture of pediatrics and parental concerns at the time. The fonds contains 30 letters.

The Penfield fonds consists of over eighty metres of Penfield's personal and professional records dating from his childhood up until his death in 1976, including during his career at the Montreal Neurological Institute. The materials in the fonds include photographs, correspondence, manuscripts and drafts of publications and speeches, research notes, glass slides, bound reports, films, and academic gowns.

Hemlow's teaching activities are documented by her students' examination papers in Mediaeval, Renaissance and 18th century literature for 1941, 1948 and 1953.

The fonds consists of mostly administrative functions. Organized by year of its donation to McGill. It consists of the club’s constitution, correspondence, financial statements, bonds, annual dues, cash receipts, minutes, speeches, photographs, pamphlets. Invitations, meetings, lists of committee members, speakers, annual reports. These represent the main functions of the organization and its members.

The content ranges from low level administration such as the meeting minutes and invitations to high level administration functions such as financial reports and bonds. These illustrate the daily function of the club in organizing meetings and luncheons at hotels, as well as correspondence with members. There are photographic materials of speakers at the luncheons.

Lochhead's papers comprise 20 pages of notes on the relationship of ferns and bryophytes, and a volume of notes of Sir William Dawson's lectures in ordinary and honours geology courses.

Andreassen's papers fall into three series: personal materials, diaries, and professional files. Personal materials include family correspondence, 1929-ca 1932, and ca 30 cm of class notes and draft papers stemming from his student years, largely at Louisiana State. There are also files of private correspondence, some addressed to Mrs Andreassen, from the period 1975-1980. Andreassen's diaries cover the years 1936-1940, 1945-1952, 1962-1965, and 1968-1976. They record the working day and are interleaved with memoranda and correspondence, often of a personal nature. Professional files vary in nature with each stage of Andreassen's career, but correspondence and reports are consistent elements. To these may be added copies of surveys and inventories of the Louisiana Historical Records Survey, expense accounts and photographs arising from his work for UNRRA, records of archival deposits and drafts on an institutional history prepared as Archivist of CNR, and annual reports written as McGill Archivist.

Graff's papers consist of lecture notes on German literature and political history.
