Macdonald regrets to inform Osler that there is no immediate prospect of Mrs. Millar being appointed to the Canadian Army Medical Corps. She writes of Miss Mabel Macdonell.

She writes that there is much Osler does not know about the inquiry and even Campbell understands where she went wrong. Gen. G.C. Jones's recall to Canada has been a great blow to the Medical Service.
