Letter from J. J. Heagerty, Sherbrooke to E. B. Worthington, Sherbrooke, on the letterhead of the Department of Pensions and National Health. The director of Public Health Services refers to the letter written by Dr. Gellie to Dr. Skey and states he would like to publish it in their National Health Review. Typed.
